Good Monday morning! It's 5:50 am in east Tennessee. My day has begun. The never ending laundry has begun. Typical Monday morning for me. I have my second cup of coffee in front of me. So now I can say NOPE, commit to never smoking again and truly get this day rolling.

Weather here today .. .64° right now, 91% humidity, winds are at 3mph, air quality is moderate. Our high will tap out at 84°. There is a chance if rain tonight and the daytime hours will offer up lots of sunshine.

Yesterday was a lazy day. Finished the puzzle I was working on, it's was misty yesterday so inside it was. Took a drive to get my favorite pizza. Barbeque Chicken Pizza. Yay Jets Pizza you made my tummy happy.

Good morning. It's raining in Lenoir City Tennessee where it is 69°, 94% humidity, wind at 2 mph, air quality is good. Our high temp will come in around 82° and some sunshine is expected this afternoon. With all that being said it brings me to the most important thing I will say today... NOPE, no smoking here today!!

Had planned on getting outside and planting my newly arrived flower bulbs yesterday. That didn't happen! Rain did!
Maybe later today.

Six years clean and sober today. Could never have done it without quitting smoking first. That gave me so much insight and understanding about addiction and being addicted myself to more than just smoking sickarettes. Never again. Forever grateful to the Q and all the good folks there. NOPE forever. 😍😘❤️
